Over the last 2 years our teams have worked hard to raise money for a number of individual charities. This approach has allowed entrants to choose a beneficiary that is close to their own heart, which I think makes a big difference to how dedicated people have been.

Many teams have already put websites together, showing their team's progress, charitable intentions and allowing donors to give money online - don’t forget the Tax Relief!

If you want help and advice on whoring out your car's body panels in exchange for donations to your charity, come along and ask on the Forum.

Get yourself a sponsorship form from your charity and go begging locally, 1p per mile will net you about £14 per signature,  companies might pay well for the prospect of TV coverage...
